Markus is correct in that this is not an em28xx based device (the former version of the "Pinnacle PCTV HD Pro USB Stick" was an em2883 based device). I've got the ATSC support for the 801e fully working and am submitting a patch tonight. If all goes well it should be merged into the v4l-dvb repository in the next few days, so check back then.
