I'm preparing the next release of Ada mode (5.1.6), and I'm wondering whether to include the Ada Reference Manual info format files. And the ARM HTML files, now that I think of it.
These are available from the web, and as Debian (and other?) packages, so including them in the ELPA ada-mode package would be redundant on some systems. Ah; that suggests that they should be in their own ELPA package. I'm not sure ELPA is set up for info-only packages; I'll ask on the Emacs list.
