Yes, GNAT does.

Here it made no difference??

I wondered whether we could use ada-indent or 0 instead of ada-indent-broken.

But then I noticed that GNAT complains about this as well:

   type A3 is
     --  a comment.
      record
         C : Integer;
      end record;
