This must be a bug of Emacs 23.0.60 (and probably also Emacs 23.0.50)
on CANNOT_DUMP platforms.  It might be overlooked because such
platforms are rare now.  You can send a bug report to
[EMAIL PROTECTED], or shall I do that?

Right, but I'm not familiar with the build process for the GNUstep
port.  You can try to start over the whole build process (from
unpacking the tarball) in case some half-built stuff does harm.
