async-bytecomp-allowed-packages should be a list of symbols.
* async-bytecomp.el (async-bytecomp-allowed-packages): Fix docstring.
(package--compile): Check if async-bytecomp-allowed-packages is
a list of one symbol '(all) and not a symbol 'all.
