    Remove stale references to deleted variables in docstrings

    These variables (inf-clojure-var-doc-form, inf-clojure-var-source-form,
    inf-clojure-arglists-form, inf-clojure-ns-vars-form, etc.) were removed
    in 3.0 when inf-clojure-repl-features was introduced. Also fix
    inf-clojure-log-response -> inf-clojure-log-activity and update the
    inf-clojure-mode docstring to reference inf-clojure-repl-features.
