etc/ORG-NEWS: Fix broken link
* etc/ORG-NEWS (Alignment of image previews can be customized): Do no
link internally. For exported version of the ORG-NEWS, we only export
the latest version changelog, so the earlier changelogs are not
available. Instead, just use web link.
