[packaging] Update description and requirements.
+ Require =org-gnosis= 0.2.0 since we use org-gnosis-get-nodes-data
that was recently included.
This should have been included in the version release, but since
GNU ELPA installs the latest available version for each package I
hope it's not a blocking issue.
