+To release a new version create a new commit on main for the version to be
release.
+This commit should:
+- Ensure that the change log is up to date.
+- Update the version number at the top of jarchive.el (IMPORTANT: this is how
elpa checks for releases)

+Create a tag for the new release. Place it on the new release commit.

+Push both the tag and main branch up to the origin repo.
