Improve dtache-env command
The shell command used when dtache-env is enabled could be
simplified. There was unnecessary bash -c there, which also caused
dtache to fail to execute some commands properly. One example was:
for i in {0..5}; do echo $i; done
Which it didn't capture the output from correctly.
