Hi, When i'm on a header line that has tags, C-e will bring the cursor, well, to the end of the line, i.e., after the tags. But, most of the time, that's not the 'end' i meant: i want to go to the 'end' of the header text *before* the tags (e.g., to add some text to said header--modifying the tags is much more conveniently done via C-cC-c).
