Hmmm ... not sure I know how to check that ... Might you suggest a "variable", "function" or "menu item" that would indicate whether the needed "font support" was there/enabled? > It works out of the box on my Emacs, but I didn't mess up with the > default font. I don't *think* I did anything with the "default font" either ... So you actually see the "bold" rendering in the "buffer" corresponding to the ".org" file ?
