[O] Does org-babel-tangle-jump-to-code exists?

Hi Everybody,

I was wondering if something like "org-babel-tangle-jump-to-code" exists 
anywhere? I am looking for a way to jump to a tangled file from the Org 
file, and not the opposite (which is handled using 
"org-babel-tangle-jump-to-org").
