As Eric said, this bug was fixed a while ago. Basically, the solution was to replace `completing-read' with `org-completing-read'. At the moment, "org-capture.el" calls the latter (see line 1765 from master branch). You may want to check why `completing-read' is called instead in your configuration. Regards, -- Nicolas Goaziou
