[O] How to add a label in LaTeX export

Hello,

I have this org mode document:

  import matplotlib.pyplot as plt, numpy as np

The #+NAME which I expect to translate to a label is ignored. I also tried 
using #+LABEL or transposing NAME and caption
but same result.

What is wrong there?
