[O] Bug: Wrong type argument: integer-or-marker-p, nil on refile

Hi there everyone;

Here's the ECM.

init.el:
(require 'org)
(setq org-refile-use-outline-path (quote file))

Now open an Org file, say foo.org, and type C-u C-c C-w foo.org/ RET
At org.el:11832, pos is nil.
