It does, thanks. However my plickers environment depends on enumitem that doesn't play nice with beamer. It turns out that --8<---------------cut here---------------start------------->8--- #+attr_latex: :options [a)] 1. first 2. second --8<---------------cut here---------------end--------------->8--- works as well, without the need to define a new enumerate-like environment.
