I actually created a .org file that represents the fields of an ICS-213 communication form a while back. It's wonderful to use that way except that there are certain fields that would be nice if the TAB key would actually advance to the next table instead of adding a new row to the current one. A simple marker in the table properties might let org-mode know to jump to the next table instead. Just a thought...
