Analyze tangled files

Is there a way to compare all tangled files with the content of an Org document 
and see a diff?

I hope I'm explaining it right. Basically, I want for every source block in my 
Org document to find corresponding tangled file and compare it with all the 
source blocks that tangle into that file. Is that possible?
