https://lists.gnu.org/archive/html/emacs-orgmode/ is the official
archive of the GNU mailing list called emacs-orgmode@gnu.org.

https://orgmode.org/list/ is a public-inbox instance giving access
to the complete archive of the emacs-orgmode@gnu.org mailing list.

>From my experience, searches on https://orgmode.org/list/ are both
more reliable and faster. Linking to an article on public-inbox is
also handy, because it relies on the message-id of the email, so
while https://lists.gnu.org/archive is the official place for GNU
mailing lists archives, https://orgmode.org/list/ is the service
we link to both in Worg and Woof! (https://updates.orgmode.org)

I hope this is not confusing.
