I've put (setq org-return-follows-link t) (custom-set-variables '(org-modules (quote (org-wikinodes))) '(org-return-follows-link t))
in my config, but making a camel case headline does not create a link when repeating the word in a paragraph. I've also tried activating org-wikinodes with m-x customize, but no difference. I'm using org 9.3 and Emacs 27.1 on Win10.
