As I'm trying to put together a PR for the doom module for adding org-cite support [1], I'm realizing I really don't understand use-package very well.
Could someone with some expertise in this area recommend how I do the following? Load org-cite and it's associated packages (oc-basic, oc-natbib, etc.), and set some associated variables, if org-cite is available. Bruce [1] https://github.com/hlissner/doom-emacs/pull/5212
