Hi Timothy, looks very nice! I was also bothered by it, specifically in the case of #+setupfile. Having a safe URI regexp list is a nice addition, similar to `org-link-elisp-skip-confirm-regexp'. I'll definitely give it a try. -- Daniel Fleischer
