It is a feature of `org-export-with-drawers'. Variants of its value:
- t,
- nil,
- ("drawer1" "drawer2"),
- (not "drawer1" "drawer2")
As to tags, separate lists are used: `org-export-select-tags' and
`org-export-exclude-tags'.
