MS-DOS, for example. Or old Windows versions. Emacs can work on many

I am curious if users running Org mode on MS-DOS or Windows and reading
man pages using WoMan exist. I mentioned Android since it may be handy
to have man pages in your pocket. However being on-line (in its modern
meaning, not when man pages appeared), it might be more convenient to
use https://manpages.debian.org/ https://man.archlinux.org/man/ due much
better heuristics for cross-references than used in man.el.
