[BUG] M-RET may cause hang in the case of nested list

Hi,

I experience hangs after hitting M-RET. Org main HEAD or 9.5, Emacs-28

- First level item
  - nested item
  after nested item

M-RET causes 100% CPU load. If I hit C-g then "after nested item" 
disappears and new item is created on that line.
