I have a question regarding the end time of an appointment
in icalendar export.

As can be seen, there is no end time in the org file, but
there is one in the ics file.
I do not have set an org-agenda-default-appointment-duration.
The two hour offset seems to stem from function
org-icalendar-convert-timestamp and there the lines

((or (not equal-bounds-p)
org-agenda-default-appointment-duration)

My question: Is it possible to export to ics without an end time?
If not, how can a different default lengths for icalendar export only
be defined?
I guess the two hour setting is kind of arbitrary. Couldn't that be a
variable, if the icalendar standard requires an end time?
