This is weird that org-noter is calling Org parser _inside epub
buffer_. Org parser is not supposed to work in non-Org buffers.
There seems to be some problem with org-noter.

That said, this particular error is because of a typo in one of the
commits. It has been fixed in Org 9.7.30.
Canceled.

This error should be gone after the upgrade. However, considering what
org-noter does, there might be _other_ issues. You may consider reaching
to org-noter maintainers if you get warnings from Org mode inside .epub buffers.
