- Although I claim no monopoly ownership of org-protocol.org, there are still
parts of it that I think still need updating and would like to provide input to.

- The section (Windows/Setup the Org protocol scheme handler) needs to be
updated.
  - My thoughts would be to work with a user with Emacs 30.1 on Windows 11 and
write down their findings.

- The section (Common/Setup Org protocol open source) seems to be an early
version of "(org) The open-source protocol”.
  - I think this section should be rewritten to just link to the Org manual. I
can make a patch for this.

- The page org-protocol-custom-handler.org needs to be updated or rewritten.
  - This is a feature that I have not tried yet. If there is another who is
more experienced on this matter, I’d be happy for them to take this on.

- A historical account of Org protocol is needed.
  - As I was not an Org user at the time of Org protocol’s inception, I do not
consider myself qualified to account on it. Open ask for someone who can.

I’ll make a patch to consolidate the section (Test your Org protocol setup).
That said, my reluctance to do so to this point was to avoid forcing the user
to jump any more in document than they already have to. However, I think in
terms of document maintenance, the consolidation will be a win.

I’ll make a separate patch to do this.

All my best -
