Well, okay, not Lyx, but Auctex is still in Emacs. Org is good for producing pretty good documents as long as you don't want to dig into LaTeX. Going beyond that, though, would it be easier to come up with LaTeX snippets yourself to add to your Org file or use Auctex to enhance the exported LaTeX (and learn LaTeX in the process)? -- David Masterson
