Hello org mode users, in an org mode document I have rather at the top a radio target
<<<mumpf>> and near the end of the file the single "word" 'mumpf' occurs. This works as a radio target within org mode. But when /published/ to HTML, there is a <a id="mumpf">mumpf</a> and later a <a href="#orgdb936b5">mumpf</a> This obviously does not work as a link. Similarly when /exporting/ (I do not have a publishing target to other formats) to .odt the second 'mumpf' is some field or formula in the odt document which on hoovering with the mouse shows some random name, but clicking it does not move the view in the document.
