These are some hard-to-debug (and hard-to-reproduce) errors we are
trying to catch (that's why popup).
If you keep seeing the warning regularly, please let me know. We can
then try to catch the problem by enabling some extra diagnostics options.

That's not a line number, but buffer position (character number).
