Ok. I do not see your records in FSF copyright file. I looked for
"Gendre" and "[email protected]".

I meant #+OPTIONS: html-preamble:value
Although I was wrong. `org-export--parse-option-keyword' uses
(read (current-buffer)), so it may indeed read symbols.

Please do not use `...` quoting.  We prefer `...' or '...'.

For the ORG-NEWS entry, I think it is worth noting the logic used to
assign keyword vs option to various customization. Otherwise, the table
looks a bit arbitrary.
