I think the best solution for numerical habits would be to add a type of cookie like =/=, where user can directly input data and it will be stored in the :LOGBOOK: like STATE data. We would also need a new kind of data type for the :LOGBOOK: then, besides the existing CLOCK and STATE data types. And, if a column view can be generated from LOGBOOK entries, this would be awesome. Since we are tracking our habits with TODO headings, this is a necessary feature. I guess people just use tables. But, then we would have to maintain different files and data structures.
