Mhh... not sure what you experience exactly. When I jump to https://orgmode.org/worg/org-faq/?category=Capture#use-remember-buffer-to-clock-phone-call it opens the page and unfold the topic. See https://bzg.fr/uploads/topics.ogv with Firefox in private navigation mode. It was more geared towards manual navigation (partially emulating info navigation) than exploration of topics. topics assumes all items are at the same level and does not handle up/down/previous/next. -- Bastien
