I'm using Org-to-LaTeX export for personal stuff with a simple set of
defaults (in a simple .sty file). For work, I have a LaTeX template with
options for reports, but also a modified Beamer theme for presentations.
I generally use a \usepackage LATEX_HEADER line for the report template
as well as things like the sinutix package or for \setkomavar to set
document specific variables like project reference numbers.
