I thought I said it. Either you missed it or we don't understand each 
other.  I try to repeat it:

I don't want to use 

* @@comment:...@@ Some text

or, equivalently,

* Some text @@comment:...@@

because it pollutes my view when I only look at (say) the CONTENTS. This is
because "Some text" is meaningless by itself.  I put the meaningful
information about the headline in the '...' of the @@comment:...@@ block. 

Yes, I can use

* @@comment:...@@
Some text

and will try to think about using that from now, but I'm afraid I will
forget about it from time to time because I like to have a blank line after
headlines.  Tough life!
