Okay, this seems to be related to the theme you set in
custom-enabled-themes.  I've been using a blue-sea theme as I find it
easier on my eyes, but that is white characters on a blue background.
That doesn't translate well to a printed format.  Not sure how this
should be handled -- one theme for display and another for printing.

Ideas?
