If (setq org-adapt-indentation t), then a LOGBOOK drawer created
by a note or by a logged state change is folded too early. It
ends up showing as ":LOGBO".

Thanks for reporting this! I extended our test suite to check
this and did indeed find the bug.
It seems your patch didn't get attached to the email but I fixed
