Here's the simplest way to do it:
(setq org-remember-templates
'((?s "* TODO %^{Title}\n SCHEDULED: %t\n %a\n %i")
(?d "* TODO %^{Title}\n DEADLINE: %t\n %a\n %i")
;; ... other templates here
))
