Read and follow the instruction in section 1.4 "Feedback" of the Org manual. You can probably get it locally through Info - if not locally available, you can get it online: http://orgmode.org/manual/Feedback.html#Feedback It will tell you how to get a backtrace. It will also point you to the function org-submit-bug-report that will gather up all sorts of useful information to help people diagnose the problem.
