I asked about this a few months ago. I think org is great for a CV, but I'm thinking of just going with LaTeX for this in the future.
http://thread.gmane.org/gmane.emacs.orgmode/35201 I have about 100 lines of LaTeX source that takes care of everything except the plain lists that populate the section headings. I ended up using a template I found online, which is the reason for all the LaTeX in my source file. http://jblevins.org/projects/cv-template/ On Mon, Feb 7, 2011 at 11:06 AM, Andrea Crotti <andrea.crott...@gmail.com> wrote: > Long time ago I wrote my CV with latex and the currvita package. > > Now before I just modify that maybe some of you has a better option to > create it in org-mode. > > I can still use currvita in orgmode of course, but if there is a better > option I would be glad to hear it :) > Thanks > > > _______________________________________________ > Emacs-orgmode mailing list > Please use `Reply All' to send replies to the list. > Emacs-orgmode@gnu.org > http://lists.gnu.org/mailman/listinfo/emacs-orgmode > -- Jeffrey Horn http://www.failuretorefrain.com/jeff/ _______________________________________________ Emacs-orgmode mailing list Please use `Reply All' to send replies to the list.
