Regression on latest HEAD:

org-footnote.el:191:49:Warning: reference to free variable
`org-bracket-link-regexp'
apparently introduced by de0fcdffa48da8baf57a612f2ce032d8737e6525
(N. Goaziou). Likely just needs a
(defvar org-bracket-link-regexp)
to be silenced.
