[O] eps and png pictures

Hi all.
I am writing a draft of my thesis using org-mode.
The problem I have is the following. If I use png pictures they are
not compatible with export to latex, and if I use eps pictures, than I
cant view them inline in the ogr-mode.
Any recomendations about it?
