[O] orgtbl-to-latex: with hlines and |

Hello

How can I modify the send command in orgtbl such that the
resulting LaTeX table contains 
\hlines and {|r|r|}?

#+ORGTBL: SEND test orgtbl-to-latex :splice nil :skip 0
|  4 | 5 |
|  3 | 8 |
\end{comment}
of course \hlines I can  generate by adding them to the org
table, but is there a simpler solution?
