[Not a reply to this thread, but kind of meta] What exactly are you trying to do? Please share the underlying motivation behind the series of questions you have been posting lately.
Will disabling font-lock for Orgmode files accomplish what you want? If you are new to Orgmode, look at the manual, browse the mailing list and then post the questions. --
