Aloha Brendan, I've pushed up another fix to the example on Worg. The call to booktabs needs a width argument when the tabularx environment is used.
<<booktabs(table=test-table,align="lrX",env="tabularx",width="\\textwidth")>> Your table doesn't look as if it needs tabularx, so you might want to change to env="tabular" instead.
