[O] (new exporter) itemized lists converted from deep headlines should not be numbered

Hi all,

Under the new exporter, if I export this to ascii:

** Second level

   Something

I get

1 First level

* 1.1 Second level

  Something
------------------------------


I'd prefer

* Second level

without the "1.1" label, just like with the old exporter.
