My setup:

(emacs-version): 23.4.1
org-version: Org-mode version 8.0.7 (release_8.0.7-369-g9154c7
When publishing using org-html-publish-to-html I get the following error:
Publishing file /home/mehul/org/new-site/emacs.org using
`org-html-publish-to-html'
org-babel-exp processing...
Fontifying *temp*... (regexps......................)
org-babel-exp processing...
setq: Invalid byte code in
/usr/share/emacs/23.4/lisp/emacs-lisp/cl-seq.elc
And the page does not get generated.
Any suggestions on what is wrong ?
