Not me, but quickly looking at the org.texi file, I can see a few places with: @ifclear cmdnames @kindex \key\ @item ... Note that I'm making a wild guess, but: if it the the \kindex (or @kindex, in texinfo language) is the culprit, then /maybe/ switching lines with @kindex and @item would help.
